Bernhardt Appraisal provides residential real estate appraisal services in the greater Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. All appraisals are performed by an Oregon Certified Residential Appraiser in conformance with USPAP.
An appraisal engagement begins only after we confirm scope, timeline, and fee in writing. Fees are based on property type, purpose, and complexity.
All work complies with USPAP, Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR Chapter 161), and the Oregon ACLB.
